In early 2019 CTV Vancouver Island changed to a 'multi-skilled journalist' model where everyone in the newsroom was trained to shoot, edit and write news stories. After the training sessions were completed I took initiative to shoot and edit a profile on Victoria musician Adrian Chalifour who was competing in a music competition reality show on CTV called 'The Launch'.

I shot an interview with Chalifour, edited it with promotional clips from the episode he would be featured in and voiced a full report that aired on CTV News on March 4, 2019.
